Open Call for Proposals: Light to Night Singapore

This year-long Open Call invites all artists and creatives to submit program proposals for Light to Night Singapore, a civic-district wide visual arts festival organized by National Gallery Singapore.

International applicants are welcome. The application form will take approximately 8-10 minutes to complete.
